Will I always have the same dog walker?Not necessarily, although likely the same 1-2 team members will become your dog's primary walkers. At The Wag Factor, all team members are properly trained to take care of any of our 4-legged clients. We do this because we want to guarantee a walk once you book it. If a walker is sick or on vacation, we want to ensure that we have proper backup for your dog.

Do you provide out of town services?We do not. We focus on clients who are gone for the day at work, working from home, or need help giving their dogs enough exercise. Our walking hours are 10am-3pm, so we are unable to care for your dog if you go out of town for anything longer than a day trip.

What if I work from home?That's okay! We treat the dog walk exactly the same. If you are working from home but still need dog walking services, we are happy to come walk your dog just as we would if you were at work. We are still happy to send you an update through our app!

Do you work in all weather conditions?We work in all weather conditions...Kind of like your postman. Neither cold, rain, or heat will stop us!* *In the event of a hurricane evacuation, we will asses the exact situation and keep you updated on our services and what is safe for our walkers to do.

Why not choose an on demand service like Rover or Wag?While there are people out there who have had good experiences with these apps, Rover and Wag are tech companies, not pet companies. We offer reliable and customized care for your pets, with the securtiy of having all of our bases covered (insurance, bonding, legit background checks, workers comp, etc.) These tech companies can't guarantee a trustworthy person will be walking into your home and taking care of your beloved pet. They are based out of California and have no way of knowing who is actually a walker on their app. The only way to communicate issues to corporate is through email, there's no phone number. As a local business, your support means more to us than you know!

What areas do you service?We service all of Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan's Island.
