1. Oktoberfest

A fall celebration with beer, food, and typically a laid-back atmosphere where pet owners can bring their dogs for outdoor fun!

2. Dogtoberfest at Freshfields Village

Date: 10/11/25

Time: 11-3pm

Location: Freshfields Village

Dogtoberfest is a fun time where there is a pet expo benefiting local rescue organizations, a dog costume contest, and adoptable dogs looking for their “furever” home. Don't miss out!

3. ALDF's Bark 'N Brew

Date: 10/17/25

Time: 5-8pm

Location: Over The Horizon Brewing

Please come and join CSOL ALDF for Bark n Brew in support of Libby and Mace's Place Rescue. Enjoy an evening of food, puppies, and a silent auction featuring local Charleston businesses! Please feel bring to bring pet supplies to donate.

4. Fields Farm Fest

Celebrate fall at our 1st Annual Community Festival—fun for all ages, with family, friends & furry pals! Don’t miss the seasonal fun!

5. Trick Treat and Trail

Date: 10/25/25

Time: 10-2pm

Location: Wannamaker County Park

Get ready to be treated during our spooktacular Trick, Treat and Trail Family Fun Run/Walk and Stroll. The event is chock full of trick-or-treating, ghoulish music, face painting, jump castles, refreshments, kids' crafts, and more. Leashed pets are welcome!
